• Policy development: Extensive experience in writing policies across the public sector, for example health and safety; logistics; operational planning; and wellbeing.

• Technical writing: Analysing and simplifying technical information from many sources into plain English. Broad knowledge of standards and legislation. 

• Project management: Creating project plans; managing workflow; completing content audits; organising resources and workshops; researching best practice content; stakeholder consultation; policy writing and policy rollout.

• Developing stakeholder engagement and communications plans to communicate change and launch new policies or systems. This includes writing key messages, frequently asked questions, media releases, intranet pages, policy hubs, articles, case studies, guidelines, procedures and reports.
